Summer Program
2010-2011 HPHS Pre-Season Hockey Camp and Tryouts
The Highland Park High School Hockey Program will once again host a Pre-Season Camp which will culminate with our Tryouts for the 2010-2011 Varsity and Junior Varsity teams.
HPHS Pre-Season Hockey Camp
Location: Ice Training Center-Richardson
Monday, August 16th thru Friday, August 20th
8:45 am – 11:30 am daily - both on and off ice development
Daily Agenda
Arrive @ 8:30 - 8:45 am
8:45 - 9:30 am - Dry land workout (conditioning, strength, agility, speed work)
10:00 - 11:20 am - On-ice session (skill development, situational drills)
11:30 am - Dismissed
HPHS Hockey Tryouts
Location: Ice Training Center-Richardson
Saturday, August 21st (Time: 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm)
Cost: $200 for the Pre-Season Camp and Tryouts
We strive to get the broadest level of participation from existing players and especially new players interested in playing for the Scots high school hockey program this season and beyond. Because of our desire to invest in the future of our program and the necessity to continuously attract new participants to our program to insure its success for years to come, we have again made the decision to subsidize the cost of participating in this year’s camp. We want to encourage more players to participate in this program and are in the fortunate position to be able to subsidize the program for a reduced total cost of $200 per player.
